How billing works
Who counts as a paid operator?
Owners, Admins, Partners, Operators. These are the roles that own, configure, implement, or run automations.
Which roles are free?
Viewers, Reviewers, Recipients, Portal members are free. Invite the people who need to inspect, approve, or receive work without buying another operator seat.
Is there a workspace fee?
No. Your first paid seat includes one workspace, there is no separate workspace fee, and creating a workspace by itself does not create a charge.
Can we pay annually?
$290 per paid seat per year. Monthly billing is $29 per paid operator.
When should we use Enterprise / Partner?
Choose Enterprise / Partner when you need consolidated billing across multiple workspaces, negotiated terms, invoicing, or an agreed support model.
